When playing Angels Online, while I was talking to Angel Raphael, he said exactly this:

"If your character sits down and has a rest after pressing [insert button], then your HP and MP can be restored quicker."

However the button I am supposed to press was not written. How exactly do I make my character sit?

After we graduate and choose a city, is there any way of switching Factions and pick another city?

And how do we get out of spirit mode?

Push esc to revive out of Spirit Mode.  Also, push insert on your keyboard to sit.  And yes there is a way to switch between cities, talk to Census Angel in Angel Ly.~
